HOW YOU CAN JOIN THE ARKA?
STAGE 1 – WE ACCEPT AN APPLICATION
Please contact us by phone, email or in person to introduce your child. You will receive information about the number of vacancies in the class you are interested in and the possibility of enrolling your child in our school.

STAGE 2 – WE SCHEDULE A MEETING
On the date set by the School, we organize a meeting, to which we invite both Parents / Guardians (if possible) together with the child. On behalf of the School, the meeting is attended by members of the recruitment committee: School Principal and, among others psychologist, educator.
During the meeting, we will talk about the vision of the school and the values we follow. We will provide the most important information about the school and answer parents’ questions. We will also want to know the level of social, cognitive and emotional competences of our new Candidate.
STAGE 3 – WE ORGANIZE A TRIAL DAY
On this day, our Candidate will be able to spend time in our school with peers, during classes. We will be able to get to know each other better and observe each other.
For the Trial Day, we choose a convenient date for both Parents and school.
When you bring your child to us, you will receive an additional form – Teacher’s opinion – which you will hand over to be filled in at the facility your child has been attending so far.
STAGE 4 – WE ANALYZE INFORMATION AND MAKE A FINAL DECISION
At this stage, we want you to provide us with a completed Teacher’s Opinion about your child.
Within one week of completing the documents, we will provide information about the decision made. In the final step, we will sign the contract.

According to the Statute of the School (Section III. Organization of school work § 18 point 5), at each stage of recruitment process, the School Principal may refuse to admit a child to school without giving a reason.
